1. Courier Service Compensation:
We do not offer compensation for courier services if the customer decides to return the item unless specifically requested by our representative.

The current exchange rate will be applied when processing refunds for returned or exchanged items.

If the item being returned has gone on sale, the compensation will be based on the current discounted price rather than the original price paid.
Once the returned product is assessed by the relevant team, you will be offered an exchange or store credit (e-currency), which is applicable only online, subject to availability.
4. Refunds:
We have a No Refund Policy. However, refunds may be considered in exceptional cases where the product is out of stock or is defective. Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within approximately two weeks of processing. Depending on your bank, it may take up to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
We will not entertain any refund claims if the customer refuses to accept the parcel at the time of delivery. Instead, store credit (usable only on our website) will be issued for the refused parcel once it is received back at our warehouse.
In cases where out-of-stock items are involved, a partial refund (for paid orders) will be credited to your account upon request after the remaining order is shipped. If the entire order is canceled, the refund will be processed within approximately two weeks.
